These Terms of Service govern your use of pergolaprosnj.com (the "Site") and the relationship between you and Pergola Pros ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful personal or business purposes, including researching pergola installation services and requesting a consult. You may not:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to harvest content or overwhelm the Site.
• Reproduce, republish, or resell content from the Site without written permission.

2. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product photography (AlunoTec catalog imagery), typography, and layout, is owned by Pergola Pros or its licensors. All rights reserved.

Product photography of Pergo-E and Pergo-T600 lines is licensed from AlunoTec for use in marketing our installation services. It may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for any other purpose without permission.

3. Pricing information

Starting-from prices shown on the Site (e.g. Pergo-E from $8,900, Pergo-T600 from $19,400) are indicative starting points based on standard configurations. Final pricing depends on size, site preparation, add-ons, colors, and other project-specific factors. All final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal following the free on-site consult.

Financing estimates (e.g. monthly payment amounts) are illustrative examples based on approximate terms. Actual financing terms depend on the customer's credit, the lender, and the selected term length.

4. Warranty statements on the Site

Warranty terms shown on the Site (5-year, 10-year, 15-year) reflect the manufacturer warranty (AlunoTec) on structure, powder coating, and motor components as applicable to each product line. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions as provided at time of install. Pergola Pros separately backs the labor for the life of the install; specific labor-warranty terms are provided in your written proposal.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (Google Business Profile, financing partners, AlunoTec, review platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to the Site itself. This disclaimer applies to the Site only; it does not affect warranties associated with any pergola installation performed by Pergola Pros, which are governed by your signed installation agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pergola Pros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our liability for direct damages arising from the Site itself will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation applies to the Site only.

8. Installation services

These Terms govern your use of the Site. Installation services are governed by a separate written installation agreement between you and Pergola Pros signed at the time of contract. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your installation agreement regarding installation work, the installation agreement controls.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
